The basic method of factory inspection of power adapter manufacturers

Inspection is an important task in the production of power adapter wholesale manufacturers. The inspection work of power adapter manufacturers generally includes three-level inspection system of self-inspection, mutual inspection and full-time inspection. All raw materials, components, and components required for the switching power adapter are tested by the switching power adapter.

The power supply inspection methods include two types: full inspection and random inspection. The inspection method of the product shall be determined according to the characteristics, requirements and production stages of the product to ensure the quality of the product.

1. Full inspection

The full inspection is to test all products. Full inspection can improve the reliability of the product, but it will consume a lot of manpower and material resources and increase the production cost of the product. It is usually only a full inspection of products with particularly high quality requirements.

2. Sampling

Sampling is a widely used inspection method in the production of power adapter manufacturers. In the mass production process of power products, it is impossible or necessary to use the full inspection method for the production of parts, semi-finished products and finished products. Samples can usually be taken from the product to be inspected for inspection.

Sampling should be carried out under the premise of mature product design, process specifications and equipment stability. The number of samples taken should be determined according to the cardinality of the product to be inspected and the sampling standard in the national standard. Samples should not be taken from continuously produced products, but should be randomly selected from the batch. The results of the random inspection shall be recorded, and the faults in the sampling products shall be judged against the relevant product failure judgment standards.

3. Judgment of test results

Power adapter failures typically include fatal, heavy, and light defects. A fatal defect is a safety defect, that is, as long as a fatal defect occurs in the sample, the product of the sample is rejected as unqualified. A heavy defect is an A fault, and a light defect is a B fault. In the absence of fatal defects, the quality of the sampled product should be judged based on the number of A and B failures present in the sample and the sampling standards in the national standard.

The quality of the power adapter is determined by the Common Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). For products with different quality requirements, the quality indicators are also different. The inspection should be based on the number of A and B faults allowed by the product under the specified AQL value.
