Phone Charger Manufacturer Quality Certification Features

1. The object of quality system certification is not a charger or service of the phone charger manufacturer, but the quality of itself. Of course, the quality system certification will inevitably involve the chargers and services covered by the system. Some phone charger manufacturers apply for the certification of the total quality system including various products or services of the enterprise. Although the scope of the charger is large or small, the object of certification is the quality system of the supplier.

2. The basis for certification is the quality assurance standard. Quality certification is often the need for the supplier to provide quality assurance to the outside world. Therefore, the certification is based on the quality assurance model standards. In order to make the quality system certification and international standards, it is best to use one of the ISO9001, ISO9002, and ISO9003 standards.

3. The certification body is a third-party quality system evaluation agency. In order for quality certification to be fair and credible, certification must be undertaken by a third party  

4. The mark of certification approval is registration and issuance of certificates. After applying the certification quality system according to the prescribed procedures, when the assessment result is judged as qualified, the certification body shall register and issue the certificate to the certification enterprise, and shall be listed in the quality system certification charger manufacturer list and publicly released. Accredited charger manufacturers may use the registration mark in promotional materials, trade fairs and other promotional activities, but may not use the mark directly on the product or its packaging to avoid confusion with product certification. The registration mark is protected by law and may not be fraudulently used or forged.

5. Product quality certification can be divided into two categories: safety certification and quality certification. Safety certification is often mandatory. Quality system certification is mainly to improve the quality reputation and sales volume of charger manufacturers. Generally, charger manufacturers voluntarily and actively apply, which belongs to the independent behavior of charger manufacturers. However, charger manufacturers that do not apply for certification are often subject to market distrust, forcing charger manufacturers to strive to enter the ranks of certified companies, but this is not a mandatory effect of the certification system or government decrees.
